New year’s resolutions? Well, some ideas are:

  2. Reduce alcohol – empty calories & healthier liver. Check out the calories on
  3. Weight control – set a goal to reach your ideal weight in a reasonable time frame.
  4. Get fitter – a fitter person has lower cholesterol & a healthier heart amongst other things!
