Benylin Day & Night is indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of nasal and sinus congestion associated with symptoms of cold and flu such as pain, headache and/or fever only in combination with bedtime symptoms which are causing difficulty in getting to sleep.
24-Hour Cold and Flu Relief Day and Night Tablets contains Diphenhydramine, Paracetamol and Pseudoephedrine which helps clear flu related symptoms.
For oral use only. Take with a glass of water.
Adults and children over 15 years: Take one tablet every 4-6 hours. (One white day-time tablet in the morning, at mid-day and in the afternoon. One blue night-time tablet at night). Do not take the night-time tablet during the day.
Benylin Day and Night Tablets are not suitable for children under 15 years.

As with all medicines if you are currently taking any other medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product.
If symptoms persist consult your doctor.
Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, diphenhydramine or any ingredient; if you have high blood pressure or heart disease, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, a phaeochromocytoma, severe kidney problems, or lung or breathing problems; or if you take, or have taken in the last 2 weeks, an MAOI antidepressant. Not for children under 12.
Contains paracetamol – do not take any other paracetamol-containing medicine at the same time (risk of liver damage). The night tablets cause drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery after taking them, and avoid alcohol. Ask your pharmacist if you have an enlarged prostate or take other medicines.
Do not use unless your doctor advises it.
From pseudoephedrine: a faster heartbeat, restlessness or difficulty sleeping. From diphenhydramine: drowsiness, dry mouth or blurred vision. Rarely, allergic reactions.
