Benylin Dry Coughs Syrup helps to relieve dry irritating coughs. The active ingredient dextromethorphan helps to stop persistent coughing. The syrup also contains diphenhydramine hydrochloride an antihistamine which helps to stop sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes and levomenthol to help breathe more easily by relieving congestion.

When suffering from an irritating dry cough, but still want to get on with your normal daily routine, you can rely on benylin to provide an immediate soothing effect and ease irritation.

Dosage:

Adults and children over 12 years: Two 5ml spoonful’s 4 times per day. Not suitable for children under 12 years.
If symptoms persist, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

If taking any other medicine, consult your doctor before using. As with all similar medicines, if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, consult your pharmacist or doctor before taking this product.

Do not use with chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema or where there is a lot of phlegm (mucus) present, except under medical advice.
