Description

Nytol One-A-Night is a clinically proven sleep aid designed to help relieve temporary difficulties in falling asleep.

Each tablet contains 50mg of Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride, an antihistamine that works by reducing alertness to help you drift off to sleep faster.

Nytol is fast-acting and promotes a deeper, undisturbed night’s rest, making it ideal for occasional sleep disturbances caused by stress, travel, or personal concerns.

How to use:

Adults: swallow one tablet with water about 20 minutes before bed. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 7 days without seeing a doctor. Do not drive or use machinery for at least 8 hours after taking a tablet.

Who should not use it:

Do not use if you are allergic to diphenhydramine or any ingredient, if you are under 18, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Talk to your pharmacist first if you have glaucoma (raised eye pressure), an enlarged prostate or difficulty passing urine, epilepsy, or breathing problems such as asthma. Elderly people and those with liver or kidney problems should ask their doctor.

Warnings & precautions:

Do not drink alcohol while taking these tablets, and do not drive or operate machinery – the tablet is meant to make you sleepy. It may become less effective if used continuously. Tell your pharmacist about other medicines, especially other sedatives or antihistamines.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding:

Do not use.

Possible side effects:

Daytime drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, dizziness and constipation.
