This unique formulation contains Glycerol and Lidocaine.
- Glycerol absorbs water from swollen tissue via osmosis and removes excess fluid from the ear canal reducing inflammation and swelling.
- The lidocaine then acts as an anesthetic surfactant to additionally alleviate pain.

How to use:
Usage for adults, the elderly & children over 5 years of age:
- Tilt head to one side with the affected ear facing upwards.
- Avoid touching the ear with the dropper and do not put dropper into the ear canal.
- Drop 2 drops into the ear.
- Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the ear drum, keeping the head tilted.
- Keep the drops in the ear.
- Use the drops three times a day for up to 3 days.
- Repeat with other ear if required.
- If there are no improvements after 3 days or if you feel worse, consult your doctor.
- It is necessary to protect the ear with cotton wool when used in children

Who should not use it:
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, or if you have a perforated eardrum.
Warnings & precautions:
Do not insert the dropper into the ear, and do not use other ear drops at the same time. See your doctor before use if you have ear pain or discharge of unknown cause; children should have a medical diagnosis first. If you feel any burning, stop using the drops and seek advice.

Possible side effects:
Side effects are unlikely. A brief stinging or burning sensation may occur; stop use and seek advice if symptoms get worse.

Hazards and Cautions
- Should your symptoms persist or worsen, or you experience any other side effects or burning, stop using the drops and seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist.
- Drops should only be used in the ear.
- Avoid contact with eyes; in case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water and consult a doctor.
- Do not use if the ear drum has been damaged or perforated, there is an infection or any problems with ears (eczema, itching sensation, dermatitis or any other skin problem).
- Do not swallow
- Do not use at the same time as any other drop preparations
- Do not insert hearing aids immediately after use but allow at least 15 minutes for any residue to be removed
- These ear drops can not be used in children below 6 months of age
