How to use:

Adults: Take one or two sachets to maintain hydration.

Children over 3 years (20-40ml/kg): Give one sachet to maintain hydration.

Dissolve 1 sachet in 200ml of pre-boiled lukewarm water and stir thoroughly. Cool the solution before serving  (cooler solution is better tolerated). Do not sweeten the solution.

Do not take more than 3 sachets (for children) and 6 sachets (for adults) in a 24 hour period.

WARNING: Do not use this product if you have a bowel obstruction or any serious circulatory disorder. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking if you have liver or kidney disease or if you have diabetes as this product contains dextrose. The product contains sodium. Caution is advised for those who follow a low sodium diet.
