Adults and adolescents over 14 years:
Apply twice daily (morning and evening) to the affected area.
Gently rub in a small amount — about the size of a cherry to a walnut, depending on the area being treated.
Wash hands after application unless treating the hands.
Do not use for more than 14 days without consulting a doctor.
If pain or swelling does not improve within 7 days, seek medical advice.
