The Neilmed Paediatric Starter Kit is an all-natural sinus relief system that includes a soothing saline nasal rinse that is pH-balanced.  This starter kit is recommended for use if you suffer with:

How to use:

When preparing the Neilmed rinse solution, it is recommended that you use freshly boiled water that has not been distilled or filtered for best results.

A glass measuring cup may be used to accurately measure the water required for one packet. For every packet of liquid medicine (1 fl oz), use 2 tablespoons of warm water to prepare the nasal rinse solution.

You may adjust the mixture to your taste by adding more or less water, although using more liquid will tend to make the solution weaker and more difficult to apply through the nose.

Hold your head upright and lean over a sink or other convenient receptacle to avoid spills while you flush the rinse solution from your nose using a bulb syringe. Be sure to use the syringe in a fluid motion and do not apply too much pressure. Repeat steps 2 through 6 until all of the rinse solution is used up.

You may repeat this process as often as necessary to provide relief from symptoms. However, it is important to avoid rinsing for more than a few minutes at a time in order to avoid damage to your sinuses.
