Kalms Day are a traditional remedy, which are used to relieve irritability, anxiety and the stresses of everyday life. Kalms Tablets are also used to aid sleep. Kalms contains two types of herbs, Valerian this is used to relieve restlessness and sleep disturbances. Hops The female flowers of the hop plant used in herbal medicine as a treatment for stress, restlessness and sleep disturbances.
For oral short-term use only. Swallow one tablet three times a day. Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not take if you are taking any medicine for sleep or anxiety. Kalms day is not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast-feeding; ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine.
You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 2 weeks. This product may make you feel drowsy or dizzy. If affected, do not drive or operate any tools or machines. Alcohol may increase the sedative effect. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided.
