Description
Blephaclean eyelid cleansing wipes are a sterile cleansing pad ideal for the daily cleansing of eyelids. Blephaclean can be used in managing blepharitis, to clean eyelids during infection or inflammation (conjunctivitis, styes or chalazia) and also to remove eye makeup. Each pack contains 20 ready to use, sterile pads. Blephaclean is gentle enough to use on babies from 3 months old, to clean and treat ‘sticky eye’. Blephaclean is the only CE marked medical device for eyelid cleansing.

Blephaclean is for daily eyelid cleansing, especially:
- When you have sensitive skin, and for delicate eye area
- When you need to gently cleanse dust, pollen and discharge from eyelids (due to allergy or infection)
- To soothe and cleanse when you have inflammation or infection of the eyelids, such as blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction, stye, chalazion or dry eye
- Before and after eye surgery, based on the advice from your surgeon
How to use:
- Suitable for children over 3 months old
- Remove contact lenses before use
- For hygiene of eyelids and eyelashes: Apply the pad gently to the eyelids and eyelash base. Use small circular movements to massage the eyelids, removing any crusts, secretions, or makeup
- For hygiene of the eyelid margin: In front of a mirror, gently separate the eyelids by lightly pulling on the lashes. Secure the wipe around your index finger and gently massage the eyelid margin.
