Description

Difflam Spray Oromucosal Spray 30ml allows for precise and effective relief, targeting the specific areas that require immediate attention. This versatile spray is suitable for both adults.

  • Difflam Oral Spray is used to relief pain and inflammation of the throat.
  • The active ingredient benzydamine is an anti-inflammatory and local analgesics.
  • For oromuscosal use.
  • Contains benzydamine hydrochloride.

How to use:

Before first use, or after a period of non-use, prime the spray until a fine mist appears. Point the spray arm at the sore area of the throat or mouth and press the plunger – one press gives one spray.

Adults and elderly: 4 to 8 puffs, 1 1/2 – 3 hourly

Children 6- 12 years: 4 puffs, 1 1/2 – 3 hourly

Children under 6: 1 puff to be administered per 4kg body weight, up to a maximum of 4 puffs, 1 1/2 – 3 hourly

Wipe the nozzle after use. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days without medical advice.

Do not use if you are allergic to benzydamine or any of the ingredients.

Warnings & precautions

Try not to get the spray in the eyes; if you do, rinse with clean water. It contains a small amount of alcohol and methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218). Stop and see a doctor if the condition does not improve.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

Do not use unless your doctor or pharmacist advises it.

Possible side effects

Numbness in the mouth, an occasional stinging or burning feeling, dryness or thirst, tingling and a change in taste. Rarely, an allergic or skin reaction.
