Description

Gaviscon Liquid Aniseed Oral Suspension is a reflux suppressant and helps to relieve symptoms such as heartburn and acid indigestion. The medicine creates a layer over the content of the stomach preventing excess acid from escaping.

Gaviscon liquid gives you fast, long-lasting relief from reflux symptoms, which are common in pregnancy or after eating.

The aniseed flavour formula works by providing a protective barrier on the stomach contents to prevent acid returning up the oesophagus.

It can be used to ease acid reflux, heartburn and trapped wind associated with indigestion and it provides relief for up to 4 hours.

How to use:

Who can use?

Gaviscon Liquid can be used by adults and children 12 years and over.

How to take?

Adults and children over 12 years, 10-20 ml (two to four 5 ml spoonful’s) after meals and at bedtime.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding

Gaviscon Liquid can be taken if you are pregnant or breast-feeding but as with all medication it should be limited as much as possible

Driving and using machinery.

This medicine should have no effect on your ability to drive or operate machinery.
