Description

Maalox Plus Chewable Tablets relieve indigestion, heartburn and trapped wind. Two antacids – hydrated aluminium oxide and magnesium hydroxide – neutralise excess stomach acid, while an anti-foaming agent, simeticone, breaks down trapped gas to ease bloating and flatulence.

Directions for use:

Adults including elderly persons:

Take one or two tablets 4 times daily (twenty minutes to one hour after meals and at bedtime), or as required. The tablet should be chewed. If you forget to take a dose of your medicine at the correct time, do not worry. Do not take twice the dose next time.

Do not take more than 8 tablets in a 24 hour period or use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks except on the advice of your doctor.

Children: Not recommended in children.
