Instructions:
- Soak the pack in cold water for 1-2 minutes or hold and turn vigorously under running water tap water for 30-40 seconds
- Squeeze out any excess water and pat dry with a towel
- Insert items to be cooled and place pouch back inside wallet
- Repeat every 3 to 5 days to reactivate
- If not using the wallet, remove the cooling packs and allow to air dry.
