ORS contains a great-tasting electrolyte mix which replenishes the body’s fluid levels when added to water.
O.R.S Oral Dehydration Salts are based on the standard oral rehydration salts formula containing a balanced combination of glucose, salts and electrolytes.
For general hydration as required dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water and drink.
3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.
Sport & exercise: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise.
Consuming more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours, and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours, in accordance with instructions. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet.
Tablets should be stored below 25 degrees away from heat and moisture. Keep out of sight and reach of young children. Once prepared, use ORS solution within 8 hours, 24 hours if refrigerated.
