O.R.S Sport can be added to water for a low-calorie electrolyte mix that allows your body to quickly absorb fluid and restore optimum hydration. The formula is based on the World Health Organisation’s oral rehydration salts formula with added magnesium and vitamin D to help reduce fatigue and support normal muscle function.
By replacing the salts and minerals your body loses in your sweat as you exercise, O.R.S Sport allows your body to restore electrolyte balance and absorb more water, faster.
Inspired by the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) oral rehydration solution, O.R.S Sport tablets contain an additional Magnesium electrolyte that contributes to normal muscle function, alleviates sore muscles, and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.
The ORS Sport formula also contains Vitamin D – the sunshine vitamin – which contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function including muscle contraction and repair. Ideal for those who often train inside or during the dark Irish winter.
The orange hydration drink is suitable for adults and kids. ORS sports hydration tablets are vegan friendly, gluten-free, lactose-free and contain no artificial preservatives.
To maintain the body’s fluid level, prepare a solution of 1 tablet per 500ml of water.
Adults and 12+ years: Drink 500ml before, during and after excerise.
