The chewable tablets are easy to take, and can be chewed or allowed to dissolve in the mouth. Fibre Chews tablets are suitable for over 12+ years, and come in a convenient format ideal to use on the go.
Fibre Chews works naturally with the body, and uses the ingredient Fibersol -2 (a type of soluble fibre) to help get you back to regularity. This works by retaining water in the stool within the large intestine, and may also help to bulk-up stools, making them easier to pass.

How to use:
Adults and children over 12 years of age
- Take three tablets in the morning, and three tablets in the evening: to a maximum total of 6 tablets per day
- The tablets should be chewed or allowed to dissolve in mouth before swallowing.
- After taking the tablets it is possible to drink water or other drinks (e.g. fruit juice)
- Do not take more than 6 tablets a day

Precautions When Taking Fybogel Chews
- Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the package.
- Consult your doctor for use during pregnancy and lactation.
- Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more components.
- Consult your doctor prior to using the product, in case there is a need for taking other oral treatments.
- It is anyway recommended to administer the product at least 2 hours away from other treatments.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- In case of adverse reactions discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
- If you are still not feeling better after a regular intake of the product (at least 7 days of treatment), it is recommended to consult your doctor.
- Contains 0.55 mg aspartame in each chewable tablet. Aspartame is a source of phenylalanine. It may be harmful if you have phenylketonuria (PKU), a rare genetic disorder in which phenylalanine builds up because the body cannot remove it properly.
